We regularly run promotions that include flat rate shipping and free shipping.
While we have run extended free shipping promotions in the past, this is no longer possible to sustain with the annual increases in shipping costs, which have increased significantly over the last few years.
Instead of raising prices on our products and hiding the "free" shipping, we have made every attempt to keep the product pricing as low as possible.
Some items may not be eligible for shipping promotions.
We begin processing all orders the day that you submit your order or approve of your design, if applicable. Most orders are shipped within one to three (1 - 3) business days (Monday - Friday). This turnaround time is not a guarantee and some orders can and do take longer to fulfill. However, we do offer guaranteed turnaround times as fast as same day! If you need your order fast, it's as simple as just asking us. We are here to help and make sure you have the products you need regardless of tight deadlines. Our reputation for handling rush orders is legendary.
Once processed, orders will be sent using either USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Transit times average 2 - 4 business days. The choice of carrier is at the discretion of Best Name Badges. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order. For rush orders, we can send as quickly as Overnight.
Due to their unique nature, we are unable to accept returns of customized products, unless a defect in manufacturing is present as reasonably determined by us. Please make sure that you approve the online proof and check material specifications. Product sizing will be within 1/16" of the specified size and imprint placement will be within 1/16" of the location specified on the design proof. Any other discrepencies will be handled on a case by case basis. Our goal is to find a way to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.
Please expect reasonable tolerances in customized products of this nature.
We will work to provide the best product and services possible and accomodate special requests and fix issues that may arrise. We reserve the right to replace defective items without providing a monetary refund or credit. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Best Name Badges.
Best Name Badges accepts payments in a variety of forms including major credit cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. As well as, but not limited to, Wire Transfer, Personal Checks, Corporate Checks, ACH, and PayPal. If you have a preferred way to make a payment and don't see it here, just ask us!
Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders and Net Terms from credit worthy institutions and customers. Approval for net terms is handled on a case by case basis. If you would like to purchase our proudcts using a Purchase Order, please ask and we'll be happy to review.
We currently use the latest versions of the Adobe Creative Suite. Best Name Badges can accept logos in nearly any common format including, but not limited to, .PNG, .JPG, .PDF, .DOC, .PSD, .AI, .EPS. We do ask that you send the highest quality version of your logo that you have available, and we can almost always work with you no matter what format you have. Vector files are often not required as we are able to manipulate files to work regardless of the file type. If you don't see your file type listed here, we can probably still use it. Just send it over!
Our name badges are made using a variety of processes including digital full color UV printing, dye-sublimation, screen printing, direct to card digital printing, hot stamping, fiber laser and CO2 laser.
Promotional products also use a range of decoration methods depending on the product. Our goal is to always make the absolute best products using the best methods possible - it's right in our name!
If you have a preferred decoration method, please let us know.
For most of our name tag and identification products - there is no minimum purchase!
In fact, orders for a single name tag are very common and many are processed every day.
Some promotional products, due to the complexity and cost of setup, will have a minimum purchase.
If you ever need below the posted minimum, please let us know and we can likely offer an alternative or find a way to accomodate your request.
While some companies charge additional "Production Fees", marked up shipping costs, and other hidden fees, we prefer to be transparent and simply charge a small one time setup fee for new customers.
For most identification products like name badges, the setup fee is just $19 and is only applied on your first order.
This fee is to cover the cost of the initial setup of your new design, creating the template for use with our equipment, and having it ready for all of your future orders.
We waive this setup fee for repeat customers even if you would like a new design!
Some non-identification related products like promotional products, however, may have a setup fee with each order. This is due to the need to create special screens and complex setups everytime an order is placed. We do offer some promotional items that do not have repeat setups and will work with you to get costs as low as possible.
